For the purpose of implementing the Plan for Comprehensively Promoting the Multifaceted Pilot Program of Expanding Opening-up in the Service Sector of Beijing Municipality (Guo Han [2019] No. 16 of the State Council) approved by the State Council and further advancing the endeavor, Beijing Municipal Science and Technology Commission, Beijing Municipal Bureau of Economy and Information Technology, Beijing Local Financial Supervision and Administration, Beijing Municipal Education Commission, Beijing Municipal Bureau of Culture and Tourism, Beijing Municipal Health Commission ,Beijing Municipal Civil Affairs Commission, Beijing Municipal Commission of Reform and Development ,Beijing Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, and Beijing Municipal Commerce Bureau, have led the efforts to formulate the Three-Year Action Plan for Opening-up and Reform in Science and Technology, the Three-Year Action Plan for Opening-up and Reform in Internet Information, the Three-Year Action Plan for Opening-up and Reform in Finance, the Three-Year Action Plan for Opening-up and Reform in Education, the Three-Year Action Plan for Opening-up and Reform in Culture and Tourism, the Three-Year Action Plan for Opening-up and Reform in Healthcare and Elderly Care, the Three-Year Action Plan for Opening-up and Reform in Professional Services, and the Three-Year Action Plan for Opening-up and Reform in Commercial Services, Transportation, Construction Services, and Other Areas, respectively. All the Action Plans have been approved by the People's Government of Beijing Municipality and now are hereby issued to you for conscientious implementation.
