The Beijing Investment Promotion Bureau hosted a government-enterprise salon on urban renewal policies on August 28, bringing together representatives from 35 central and municipal state-owned enterprises, including China State Railway Group Co Ltd, China State Construction Engineering Corporation Limited, China Railway Construction Corporation Limited, China Merchants Group Limited, Beijing Tourism Group and Beijing Capital Group Co Ltd.

During the event, representatives from relevant municipal government departments briefed participants on policies covering urban renewal investment and financing, planning and land use, and Policy Incentive Toolkit 1.0. They also introduced urban renewal service models and answered questions from participating companies.

Enterprise representatives from Power Construction Corporation of China Ltd, China Railway Group Limited, China Development Bank Beijing Branch, Joy City Property Limited and Beijing Capital Development Holding (Group) Co Ltd shared their views on the development of urban renewal in Beijing and offered suggestions for promoting investment in the city.

Looking ahead, the Beijing Investment Promotion Bureau will continue to engage closely with businesses and provide targeted services, including policy guidance, financing, business cooperation and application scenarios. These efforts will help improve the quality of business services, create a more business-friendly environment and support high-quality urban development.
