During the Spring Festival holiday, Beijing's major business districts have launched a variety of featured activities to celebrate this joyous occasion. Check these out!

Wangfujing Business District

Featured activities: "Wangfujing Group 2024 New Year Consumption Season" held by Wangfujing Department Store, the festive fair launched by Heping Guoju, "Color up Your Day" Art Exhibition for the Spring Festival introduced by Beijing APM, the New Year Fashion and Culture Fair hosted by Oriental Plaza, and the festive goods event held by Yintai in88, which focuses on the sale of cultural and creative products and festive goods.

Chongwenmen Business District

Featured activities: From January 12 to February 25, New World Department Store carries out activities such as the Lantern Riddle Garden for the Lantern Festival, gifts and lucky draws for customers who make purchases over a certain amount, as well as lucky bag distribution.

From January 18 to February 25, the store is offering gifts and lucky draws for purchasing jewelry and watches at specific amounts, along with a glamorous catwalk parade.

Glory Mall has set up a New Year-themed display point at the West Gate from February 10 to February 17, providing its members with doll-grabbing tokens for any purchase.

Qianmen Dashilar Business District

Featured activities: From February 2 to 24, the campaign "Free Shopping for Lucky Customers" along with various forms of entertainment such as China-chic fairs, folk performances, flash mobs by brands, and digital experiences to immerse consumers in the rich festive atmosphere of Qianmen.

Longfu Temple Business District

Featured activities: Longfu Temple Business District has established six distinct areas, including an official service area, an installation visiting area, a festive goods market area, an interactive blessing area, a stage performance area, and an experiential activity area. 

Xidan Financial Street Business District

Featured activities: Xidan Joy City hosts a vintage market and an art exhibition. All products of Xidan Department Store are sold at discounts as high as 90 percent off.

Sanlitun Business District

Featured activities: Beijing Workers' Stadium and Sanlitun Sub-district are hosting events featuring tens of thousands of festive goods, including nationally renowned and high-quality products, imported items, and various local specialty agricultural and sideline products. Taikoo Li Sanlitun is also presenting a fashion exhibition.

CBD (Central Business District)

Featured activities: Parkview Green is hosting a trendy flash mob market and a contemporary art exhibition, along with the launch of various Year of the Dragon-themed limited edition products and New Year gift boxes. A flower parade is underway at The Box Youth Energy Center, showcasing traditional Beijing street vendors, cloisonné art, and a market offering paper-cutting and Spring Festival couplets is also being held. From January 25 to February 18, Beijing SKP presents a New Year flower market, folk performances, Spring Festival-themed handicraft activities, and Valentine's Day handicraft events. From January 15 to February 29, Viva Beijing Square hosts activities like interactive experiences associated with folk intangible cultural heritage.

Lufthansa and Solana Business District

Featured activities: From January 19 to February 25, Youyi Shopping City holds the 2024 Lufthansa New Year Fair. Also, a lion dance parade, gong and drum performances, lion dances and more can be seen at Solana.

Wukesong Business District

Featured activities: Bloomage LIVE Wukesong carries out a range of events, including the free distribution of "Fu" (福) character and Spring Festival couplets, a dragon dance parade, a New Year market, lantern riddle games, and feasts of tangyuan (glutinous rice balls). Additionally, Wukesong Wanda Plaza intends to organize a cultural and art exhibition in collaboration with the opening of Fang Suo Bookstore's first store in the location and host intangible cultural heritage-themed markets during the Spring Festival holiday.

Fengtai Science Park Business District 

Featured activities: The business district of Fengtai Science Park hosts a variety of events, including New Year's painting carving, festive goods shopping, dragon and lion dances, New Year temple fairs, and a Lantern Festival riddle contest. Beijing Fengke Wanda Plaza offers multiple benefits, such as receiving CNY-100 vouchers for customers having spent CNY 100 or more on dining, a maximum of 70 percent discount on clothing, and complimentary movie tickets for qualified purchases.
