Recently, Beijing Municipal Science & Technology Commission and Zhongguancun Science Park Administrative Committee issued the "Implementation Measures for the Capital S&T Resources Platform and Technology Innovation Coupons (Revised Edition)," which came into effect on October 1.

The Capital S&T Resources Platform is a local platform of scientific and technological resources in Beijing, guided by the National Science & Technology Infrastructure. Beijing is promoting the opening of major scientific research infrastructures, including major scientific research instruments, large-scale scientific installations, and computing power facilities, for shared use by the society. This initiative aims to improve the efficiency of utilizing scientific and technological resources and transform the scientific and technological resources into an advantage for innovative development.
