Recently, Beijing BOE Hospital Project (Phase I) has been approved. Situated in the high-end manufacturing base of Fangshan District, Beijing, the project will be constructed in accordance with the standards of tertiary general hospitals, installing a total of 1,500 beds. In the approved Phase I, 1,000 beds will be installed, and emergency clinic, outpatient clinic (including fever clinic), inpatient department, medical technology center, rehabilitation center and various supporting facilities and equipment rooms are planned to be built. The total construction scale covers 220,000 square meters, including 147,000 square meters above ground and 73,000 square meters underground.

With the goal of building a research-oriented hospital, this project will highlight a scientific research platform, and facilitate BOE Life Science and Technology Industrial Base to build an intelligent medical industry chain integrating medical care and industries. The project is scheduled to commence in the first half of 2024 and expected to be completed in 2026.
