Since February 2022, Beijing has implemented enterprise "service package" and 12345 enterprise service hotlines for collaborative evaluation. Investment Promotion Service Center of Shunyi District, collaborating with Shunyi District Development and Reform Commission, the industry manager, the undertaking unit and local authorities, has actively carried out enterprise visits, appeal settlement, bonus point submission and other relevant work.
In response to the appeals of enterprises, Investment Promotion Service Center of Shunyi District maintains the appeal resolution rate and satisfaction rate of 100% through the following practices: first, the Service Center actively coordinates the undertaking units to help enterprises solve their problems encountered in production and operation, and holds coordination meetings in time for appeals with slow progress; second, when the district leaders visit, service specialists will accompany throughout the visit, and keep a close eye on appeal handling by the undertaking units after the visit.
In view of the work with bonus points, Investment Promotion Service Center of Shunyi District has greatly improved the pass rate of materials through the following methods: first, because of the strict requirements on bonus points at the municipal level, the Service Center actively learned from and communicated with the Municipal Investment Promotion Service Center; second, a specific personnel was assigned for this work, who formulated a template for the submission of enterprises’ implementation, actively communicated with submitting units, and conscientiously improved and revised submission materials of each unit in accordance with the requirements of the Municipal Investment Promotion Center; third, the Service Center visited each town with Shunyi District Development and Reform Commission, and guided them face-to-face to write application materials for bonus points.
Through the above measures, Shunyi District ranked first in Beijing City for two consecutive months from August to September in the collaborative evaluation of enterprise "service package" and 12345 enterprise service hotlines.
