Beijing Federation of Trade Unions of Foreign-funded Enterprises Successfully Held the Trade Union Financial Knowledge Contest Themed with "Welcoming the 20th CPC National Congress and Making Contributions to the New Era"

In order to implement the 14th Five-Year Plan for the Development of China's Labor Movement and Trade Union Work, further promote the implementation of the financial management system of trade unions, and strengthen the standardized financial management of trade unions, on the occasion of the National Trade Union Financial Knowledge Contest, Beijing Federation of Trade Unions of Foreign-funded Enterprises organized an online Trade Union Financial Knowledge Contest themed with "Welcoming the 20th CPC National Congress and Making Contributions to the New Era" in its affiliated enterprises from August to September. 

 

As an important part of the series activities of "Welcoming the 20th CPC National Congress and Making Contributions to the New Era" within the system of Beijing Federation of Trade Unions of Foreign-funded Enterprises, this activity aims to encourage and guide the grass-root financial and accounting workers of the trade unions to learn and apply professional knowledge by learning contest, and deeply promote the implementation of the financial management system of trade unions. Taking the form of online answering, this contest selected 100 questions and set up a contest question bank. The questions cover Trade Union Accounting System, Trade Union Budget Management Measures, Grass-root Trade Union Fund Revenue and Expenditure Management Measures, trade union funds collection, accounting file management and other contents. During the activity, the trade unions of various enterprises conscientiously organized and extensively mobilized, and the financial personnel, auditors and employees of foreign-funded enterprises actively participated. A total of 3,230 employees from 74 units participated in this activity, including Schneider Electric, Itochu-Huatang, Gangao Center and the Siemens factory, which achieved the goal of promoting learning by competition, replacing training with competition, mutual learning and overall improvement, further enhanced the overall quality of the financial cadres at grass-root trade unions and improved the level of institutionalization and standardization of trade union financial management.

 

In the next stage, the Federation will continue to carry out a series of activities in various forms and rich contents to motivate employees of foreign-funded enterprises to forge ahead, and take practical actions to welcome the successful convening of the 20th CPC National Congress.
