Covering an area about 130,000 square meters, Xinyuan Science and Technology Park is a professional and high-quality industrial park for integrated circuits, intelligent equipment, energy conservation and environmental protection, new energy and NEVs. It is independently operated by Beijing Shouye Xinyuan Technology Development Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Beijing Changping Science Park Development Co., Ltd. The park provides entrepreneurs with a variety of space bearing forms, such as maker space, incubator and accelerator, and deeply integrates one-stop industrial services such as financial support, policy declaration, personnel training, park business, market promotion and enterprise social networking. There are post-doctoral workstations, R&D centers, shared laboratories and other hardware facilities in the park.

The successful settlement of "Innovation Base of Academician Expert Service Center" will further promote the sharing of innovative resources such as talents, technology, data, knowledge and capital in the park. In terms of academic innovation, achievement transformation, decision-making consultation, high-end activities, scientific communication and training on scientific and technological workers, it will promote industrial transformation and upgrading to advance the development of science and technology, economy, society and the cultivation of innovative talents in Changping District.

In the next stage, based on the industrial characteristics of the park, Beijing Shouye Xinyuan Technology Development Co., Ltd. will cooperate with Xinyuan Science and Technology Park Science and Technology Association. They will conduct research around current situation, existing problems and work suggestions for industrial development, hold symposiums to summarize enterprise needs in the park, identify common problems of industrial development and take precise countermeasures, aiming to help the growth of a number of high-quality enterprises in the park while focusing on the development of leading industries.
