A few days ago, Beijing released the list of the first batch of projects in key areas for private capital promotion in 2022. With a total investment of RMB 145.6 billion, a total of 155 projects will be promoted, which is the highest in five years. At present, 111 projects have defined the amount of social capital to be introduced, totaling RMB 74.56 billion, reaching a five-year high; another 44 projects have confirmed the will to introduce social capital, and the specific amount is to be determined by enterprises through negotiation.

These include the smart management platform project for online monitoring of environmental noise pollution in communities, and the establishment of online noise monitoring equipment in key functional areas, to realize automatic monitoring of environmental noise quality in functional areas, improve the automation of noise monitoring and the level of informationization, and deeply support “precise pollution control, scientific pollution control, and pollution control in accordance with the law”. At the same time, effective methods are being explored for the creation of "civilized streets and peaceful communities", and the demonstration project can be promoted throughout the country.
