Recently, the People's Government of Beijing Municipality issued the Measures of Beijing Municipality to Support Enterprises and Optimize the Business Environment (the "Measures").

As one of the supporting policies of Beijing's implementation plan to coordinate epidemic control with stable economic growth this year, the Measures consists of 34 reform initiatives covering five aspects, including business-related services, online services, legally starting operation upon the obtain of the business license, and business expansion. They aim to promote efficiency of relevant policies' implementation, optimize the business environment, help enterprises boost confidence, and accelerate development recovery.
