Beijing advances toward its vision as an international exchange hub characterized by vibrant global interactions, refined international services, and prominent global influence. The city continuously enhances facilities and supporting policies for international education and healthcare, accelerating the development of international talent communities in "overseas-like" environments. Steady optimization in international education, medical services, talent communities, business travel services, and multilingual environments propels Beijing toward becoming a high-level talent hub. Beijing actively cultivates globally impactful platforms such as the HICOOL Global Entrepreneur Summit and Entrepreneurship Competition.

Beijing has mapped out an international-school network that spans kindergartens, primary and secondary schools, and universities, creating a foreign-oriented education system in which Chinese and international curricula are fully integrated at every level.
