Application Requirements:

To apply for the Invitation of Foreign Businessmen to China the following documents are required for submission

1.    A Letter of Invitation has to be submitted 15days in advance before the arrival of the

guest.

2.    1-2 visits per year. The duration of stay for one-time visit is not more than 90days; for

two-time visit, the duration is not more than 30days for each visit. 

(A)  Application For Foreign Business Visit To China Reporting Form

(B)  A photocopy of foreign visitor’s identity document or passport

(C)  A photocopy of the applicant’s business license that has passed its annual inspection

by the Beijing Administration For Industry & Commerce.

(Submit a copy of the above stated documents.)

3.    To invite staffs of the foreign organization that the Beijing office is representing, the

following documents must be provided:

(A)  The original copy and a photocopy of the Certificate of Incorporation of the Beijing

representative office of the foreign organization;

(B)  A photocopy of the Beijing representative office’s offshore parent company’s business

license;

(C)  A photocopy of the Tax Registration Certificate;

(D)  A photocopy of the Beijing Municipal Public Security Bureau Registration;

(E)  A photocopy of the Beijing Municipal Public Security Bureau seal approval

(F)  The original copy of the lease contract.

(G)  Each representative office is allowed to apply for a foreign representative from the

offshore parent company on the first invitation. There must be a corresponding

increase in the employment of Chinese employees for every increase in the number of foreign representatives. An employment certificate must be issued to all corresponding Chinese employees as well.

4.     The application for the invitation of foreign businessmen, for six-month multiple entry business visa, working visa, including single and double entry visiting visa for businessmen from Nigeria, Iraq, Iran, Pakistan, Turkey, Sri Lanka and Afghanistan, must be done at the Beijing Municipal Bureau of Commerce.

1.    Go to Beijing Municipal Bureau of Commerce’s website:

2.    Click “Login to The People’s Government of Beijing Municipality Portal”

3.    Enter User Name (1001) and Password (1234), then, click “Login”

4.    Go to “User Control Interface”, click “Application For Foreign Business Visit To China

Reporting Form” and fill-in all the fields. Complete the online application.

5.    Please read the four instructions displayed on the user control interface carefully.

6.    Please take note when filling the form； Fill-in the year and month of the arrival date (to

China),
