Overview: Crect North China New Retail Smart Logistics Park is operated by Crect Chuangping (Beijing) Supply Chain Management Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Crect Asset Management (China) Co., Ltd. Founded in December 2018, Crect is a new retail supply chain industrial cluster development and operation platform jointly invested and established by Miniso, Hong Kong Chang Zheng Group Limited, Hanbon Group, and KKR Private Equity. It aims to build a new retail supply chain industrial cluster integrating functions such as intelligent manufacturing, R&D, pilot-scale production, exhibition and display, assembly and distribution, and centralized settlement, to meet the evolving development demands of the new retail industry.

The project is located in Phase I of the Mafang Logistics Base, covering a land area of 144 mu (approximately 9.6 hectares) with a total gross floor area of 113,800 square meters. In April 2021, Crect Chuangping (Beijing) Supply Chain Management Co., Ltd. acquired the project land through public bidding. Construction commenced in March 2022, including four logistics warehouses, platform ramps, and supporting equipment rooms. The project extensively adopts video technology and artificial intelligence, and integrates IoT data to enable smart operation, reduce operational costs and enhance overall efficiency.
