The Daxing International Hydrogen Energy Demonstration Zone covers a planned area of 2 square kilometers. Leveraging the resource strengths of the Beijing Tsinghua Industrial R&D Institute, it has gathered a cluster of leading enterprises, R&D institutions and industrial alliances. It has built a "3+N" hydrogen energy industry ecosystem, with hydrogen refueling demonstration stations, experience exhibition halls and science and technology parks as core carriers, supported by industrial funds, enterprise alliances, targeted supporting policies and professional training bases. The zone is dedicated to becoming a globally leading demonstration zone for hydrogen energy technology application scenarios and the incubation & acceleration of hydrogen energy technology enterprises.

It is equipped with comprehensive R&D supporting facilities, including the world's largest pure hydrogen refueling station by daily refueling capacity, the National Hydrogen Fuel Cell Vehicle Quality Inspection and Testing Center, over 4,000 square meters of hydrogen-related testing space, and an international hydrogen energy incubator. The core industrial revenue of the zone has exceeded RMB 4 billion.
