According to household income and expenditure and living conditions survey data, the first half of 2018, the city's per capita disposable income of 31079 yuan, an increase of 8.8 percent year on year. In the first half of 2018, from the four income components, the per capita wage income of the city's residents was 19435 yuan, up 8.4 percent from the same period last year; the per capita net operating income was 613 yuan, down 16.5 percent from the same period last year; the per capita net income from property was 5283 yuan, an increase of 13.2yuan over the same period last year; and the per capita transferred net income was 5748 yuan. Year-on-year growth of 9.7%.
Of these, per capita wage income of urban residents was 20914 yuan, up 8.4 percent from the same period last year; per capita net operating income was 554 yuan, down 13.8yuan from the same period last year; per capita net income of property was 5857 yuan, up 12.6 percent from the same period last year; and per capita transferred net income was 6418 yuan, up 9.2 percent from the same period last year.
Statistical scope of Household income and Expenditure and living condition Survey, Collection Pipeline and explanation of main Indexes
I. scope of statistics
The subjects of household survey are households in the people's Republic of China, including both urban and rural households, households living in the form of families, and households living in collective form. The survey subjects were determined according to their permanent residence, including both households with household accounts in local areas and households living outside the territory for a certain period of time (usually for more than half a year). The scope of cities and towns is defined as the area of "town" in "the stipulation of dividing urban and rural areas statistically", and the "rural area" is defined as "rural area" in "the regulation of dividing urban and rural areas statistically".
Two, acquisition pipeline
Household survey adopts journal and questionnaire to collect basic data. Among them, residents'cash income and expenditure, real income and expenditure are collected mainly by accounting method. Household members and labor force employment, housing and durable goods ownership, household management and production and investment, the basic situation of the community and other people's livelihood were collected by questionnaire survey.
III. Interpretation of main statistical indicators
Disposable income: the sum of the final consumer spending and savings available to the survey household during the survey period, that is, the disposable income available to the survey household. Disposable income includes both cash and physical income. According to the source of income, disposable income includes four items: wage income, net operating income, net property income and transfer income. The formula is:
Disposable income = wage income operating net income property net income transfer net income
Wage income: refers to the employment personnel through various ways to get all the remuneration and various benefits, including employed in units or individuals, engaged in all kinds of freelance, part-time and sporadic work to get all the remuneration and benefits.
Net operating income: refers to the household or household members engaged in the production and operation of the net income, is the total operating income after deducting operating expenses, depreciation of productive fixed assets and production taxes.
Net property income: the net income earned by households or members of households who place their financial assets, housing, and other non-financial assets and natural resources at the disposal of other institutions, at the disposal of households or individuals, and after deducting the related expenses. Net income does not include premium income from transfer of ownership of assets, which should be counted as "non-income".
Transfer of net income: refers to various kinds of regular transfer payments made by the state, units, and social groups to households and the transfer of recurrent income between households, in deductions from the survey households to the state, units, Net income of households or individuals after regular or compulsory transfer payments.
