Beijing Investment Promotion Service Center is a bureau-level organization directly under Beijing Municipal Government, responsible for investment promotion and investment attraction of the whole city. Main functions: 1. Investment promotion. It is responsible for promoting the investment of domestic and foreign investors and enterprises in Beijing, introducing domestic and foreign high-end talents to develop in Beijing, holding a series of investment promotion activities and events both domestic and and abroad, including the Beijing Hong Kong Economic Cooperation Symposium, the Invest Beijing Symposium, and investment visits to all districts, and guiding and coordinating the investment promotion work of the development zones in all districts. 2. Enterprise services. It is responsible for providing environmental promotion, policy publicity, business opportunity release, project docking, investment consultation, agent handling of approval, complaint acceptance, human resource service, difficulty resolution and other services to domestic and foreign investors and enterprises to invest in Beijing, and is also responsible for the comprehensive consultation and service of the city's fixed asset investment projects. 3. Foreign investment. It is responsible for the coordination and service of investment in other provinces and cities and overseas of the enterprises in Beijing, and the organization of domestic and foreign investors and enterprises carrying out investment investigation and project negotiation in counterpart supporting areas of Beijing. 4. Construction of the Party, the Trade Union and the Youth League of foreign enterprises. It is responsible for the construction of the Party, the Trade Unions and the Communist Youth League of foreign enterprises.
