The Beijing Investment Promotion Bureau is seeking to broaden and strengthen its "Invest Beijing Global Partner" cooperation mechanism to bolster Beijing's professional investment promotion network. We are currently inviting new global partners to join this initiative. Kindly find the relevant details below: 

I. Eligible Applicants

Organizations legally established in China or abroad that primarily engage in think tank services, consulting, investment, finance, insurance, legal, accounting, information, data services, or park operations are eligible. Applicants must possess enterprise or project resources and be capable of supporting investment promotion efforts in Beijing.

II. Eligibility Criteria

Organizations applying to become Invest Beijing Global Partners must meet the following criteria:

1. Legally registered with independent civil or commercial legal entity status.

2. Possess a fixed office within the intended service area.

3. Employ full-time staff familiar with the local economic and industrial landscape, key policies, and relevant professional service fields.

4. Hold qualifications and relevant experience in professional services such as think tanks, consulting, investment, finance, insurance, legal, accounting, information, data, or park operations, and be recognized as leading entities in their respective sectors.

5. Must not be listed as a discredited party subject to enforcement.

III. Application Materials

Applicants must complete the official application form (see attachment) and submit  it with a cover letter along with other supporting documents demonstrating compliance with the eligibility criteria listed above.

The application cover letter should include the organization's profile, purpose of application, feasibility analysis, work plan, team structure, and implementation mechanism.

All application materials should be compiled in order, bound, signed by the legal representative, and stamped with the official seal. One original copy and two duplicates should be submitted in paper form, along with a complete set in electronic format.

Please note: Submitted materials will not be returned.

IV. Application Procedure

1. Voluntary Application
Eligible organizations should submit their materials by July 25, 2025.

2. Review and Confirmation
The Beijing Investment Promotion Bureau will review all submissions, conduct comprehensive evaluations, and sign cooperation agreements with selected organizations.

Qualified applicants will be granted the title of "Invest Beijing Global Partner," and the results will be published on the official website of the Beijing Investment Promotion Bureau.
