On the afternoon of October 12, 2021, Deputy Director Zhang Hua went to Daxing District to investigate the investment attraction work of "Two Zones" construction and had a discussion and exchange with CAI Xiaojun, Deputy Head of Daxing District. Relevant personnel of the Regional Promotion Office accompanied the investigation.

At the meeting, Daxing District Investment Promotion Service Center introduced the overall situation and main experience and practices of investment attraction of "Two Zones" construction in Daxing District. In combination with the instruction spirit of Secretary Cai Qi's investigation of Daxing District on the morning of October 12, Cai Xiaojun focused on the resource advantages of investment promotion in Daxing District and hoped that Beijing Investment Promotion Service Center would provide support in connection with the secondary and tertiary companies of central enterprises, domestic and foreign associations, the headquarters of large private enterprises in other cities, as well as the training of investment promotion personnel.

Zhang Hua fully affirmed Daxing District's achievements in attracting investment in the construction of the "Two Zones" of the city. Combined with the key work of Beijing Investment Promotion Service Center, he said that Beijing Investment Promotion Service Center will work with Daxing District to earnestly implement the spirit of the instructions of Cai Qi on investigating Daxing District, make full use of the working platforms of Beijing Investment Promotion Service Center such as the enterprise service housekeeper, domestic and foreign associations, and Beijing Hong Kong Economic Cooperation Symposium, actively help Daxing District connect with leading enterprises at home and abroad, and strengthen urban linkage in terms of information sharing, activity coordination, and personnel training, so as to promote more high-quality projects to settle in Daxing District.
