In order to take the opportunity of the “two zones” construction and step up efforts on investment attraction, a special team, under the leadership of Li Xin, mayor of Shijingshan District, went to Shenzhen from May 16 to 18, 2021, to carry out special investment promotion activities for the “two zones” construction. In Shenzhen, Beijing Investment Promotion Service Center and Shijingshan District People's Government jointly held the “Investment Promotion Meeting for the 'Two Zones' Construction in Shijingshan District”, attracting more than 70 local enterprises to attend. At the meeting, Beijing Investment Promotion Service Center introduced the development opportunities and policies of the “two zones” construction in Beijing, and Shijingshan District People's Government publicized the industrial development, key projects and policy support of the district. Also, they had respectively signed contracts with Shenzhen Cyts Shanshui Hotel Co., Ltd., Shenzhen Information Service Blockchain Association (SZBA), and Shenzhen Virtual Reality Industry Federation for further cooperation. In the meantime, in-depth exchanges with Huawei's leaders on the implementation of Huawei cloud projects and cooperation forums with 12 partners of Huawei were held at the ECO 2021, to introduce key projects and policies in Shijingshan District. We also visited five companies, including China Overseas Land & Investment LTD. and UBTECH, to learn about the development status of enterprises, publicize the “2+N” policy in Shijingshan District, and promote more enterprises to settle in Shijingshan. Li Xin indicated that this activity is of great significance to the “two zones” construction of Shijingshan District. In addition, Beijing Investment Promotion Service Center also invited many Shenzhen enterprises to attend the event and arranged interested enterprises to have visits and negotiations for cooperating with Shijingshan District to publicize the “two zones” policy and conduct targeted investment promotion.
