Recently, the Beijing Investment Promotion Service Center held a plaque-awarding ceremony for the service units promoting joint construction of the "Belt and Road" Two-way Investment Comprehensive Service Platform (hereinafter referred to as the "two-way investment platform") and the 2021 annual work meeting of the platform. The meeting was attended by heads from nine management agencies of the two-way investment platform, including the Beijing Investment Promotion Service Center, Beijing Municipal Commission of Development and Reform, Beijing Municipal Commerce Bureau, Beijing Municipal Bureau of Economy and Information Technology, State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of People's Government of Beijing Municipality, Beijing Municipal Science & Technology Commission, Foreign Affairs Office of the People's Government of Beijing Municipality, CCPIT Beijing, and Beijing Federation of Industry and Commerce, and responsible persons and their work teams from the four service units (first batch) of the platform.

Su Hong, deputy director of the Beijing Investment Promotion Service Center, signed cooperation agreements with Shanghai Yinglv Investment Management Co., Ltd., Tus Science & Technology Service Group and the Zhongguancun Belt and Road Industrial Promotion Association on behalf of the management agencies of the platform and awarded plaques. The selection and appointment of this batch of service units have further promoted the construction of the two-way investment platform and enriched the service means and working ability of the platform.

At the working meeting, the Beijing Investment Promotion Service Center, on behalf of the two-way investment platform, reported on the platform's work in 2020 and the work plan in 2021. Seven service units briefed the attendees on the development of their business. The Beijing Municipal Commerce Bureau and the Beijing Municipal Commission of Development and Reform, on behalf of the management agencies, reviewed the service units, especially affirming their work in promoting the going out of science and technology industries, risk prevention and control, and compliance construction. At the same time, they introduced the main situation of Beijing's enterprises engaged in outward investment in recent years and put forward requirements for the service units' work in the next step.
