On the afternoon of April 13, Li Sanzhong, Deputy Director of Beijing Investment Promotion Service Center, attended as the representative and signed the Strategic Cooperation Agreement with Beijing Returnees’ Incubator Association for Science (RIAS).

Since its establishment in 2017, RIAS has carried out a series of fruitful work focusing on the transformation of scientific and technological achievements, policy suggestions, and subject research in the field of scientific and technological innovation and entrepreneurship of returnees in Beijing, the capital of China.

After signing the agreement, Li Sanzhong held a discussion with Guan Shuai, Chairman of RIAS, hoping to further strengthen the close connection between the innovation and entrepreneurship of the overseas returnees, the talent exchange, and the socio-development of Beijing, so as to further accelerate the development of the strategic emerging industry in Beijing, serve the construction of the “Two Zones”, strive to achieve mutual benefits and win-win situation, and jointly promote the high-quality development of the capital’s economy.

The relevant persons in charge of the Region Promotion Office of Beijing Investment Promotion Service Center participated in the signing of the contract.
