On April 8, Xu Zongjun, member of the Party leadership group and deputy director of Beijing Investment Promotion Service Center (BIPSC) and secretary of the Party Affairs Committee, led a team to Mentougou District for visit and investigation.

Cao Ziyang, deputy head of Mentougou District (director of Mentougou District Development and Reform Commission, secretary of Party Working Committee, and director of the Administrative Committee of Mentougou Park, Zhongguancun Science and Technology Park) accompanied Xu Zongjun to visit Jiangtai Insurance Brokers Co., Ltd. They listened to Shen Kaitao, chairman of Jiangtai Insurance Brokers Co., Ltd., about the construction of "Utou.com" and "Dajiuxing.com" platform systems and the preliminary idea of serving the investment promotion platform of the "Two Districts".
