On the afternoon of February 23, a delegation led by Director Zhou Xu visited Miyun District. Through the field survey at the east area of Huairou Science City and Miyun Park of Zhongguancun Science Park, they had a comprehensive understanding of the projects for investment of Miyun District. Zhou Xu listened to the introduction of the construction of large installations and platform projects in Huairou Science City, and visited Beijing Konruns Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd to learn about its business and R&D on new drugs. Zhou Xu, Ma Xinming, District Mayor of Miyun District, and Zhang Mingzhi, Deputy District Mayor of Miyun District exchanged ideas on the utilization of Miyun District land resources and joint investment promotion at the municipal and district level. Other visitors include Deputy Director Su Hong, and executives of Project Promotion Office, Research and Development Office at Beijing Investment Promotion Service Center and officials of Miyun District Investment Promotion Service Center.

Ma Xinming expressed his warm welcome to Zhou Xu and his delegation, and hoped that Beijing Investment Promotion Service Center would actively support Miyun District's investment promotion. He also introduced future ideas and suggestions on investment promotion.

Zhou Xu appreciated the investment promotion and enterprise services in Miyun District, and highlighted the investment promotion resources of the Beijing Investment Promotion Service Center. He hoped that Miyun District centers on the capital's functional positioning, and makes a comprehensive plan for investment promotion and investment attraction by giving full play to its own advantages and resources. Zhou Xu said that the Beijing Investment Promotion Service Center will fully mobilize existing investment resources to support the investment promotion in Miyun District.
