On February 23, the Beijing Federation of Trade Unions of Foreign-funded Enterprises held an online training session on the Tencent Classroom. The session is about the fund audit practice of grass-roots trade unions, aiming at implementing Trade Union Audit Regulations of the People's Republic of China and Opinions on the Audit of Beijing Federation of Trade Unions，and helping enterprise unions focus on the audit work and enhance their fund audit and supervision capabilities. More than 200 people, including the chairmen, members and full-time directors of trade unions of foreign-funded enterprises, attended the training.

The training session was taught by Zhang Xiaomei, a professor of Beijing Federation of Trade Unions Cadre College. Combining the actual work of enterprise trade unions and a large number of audit cases, he explained the systems and key difficulties of trade union audit of funds in a simple and explicit way. He elaborated the common problems in the audit of funds around budget, expenditure and assets, emphasizing the role of grass-roots trade unions, including the management of trade union funds, the supervision and guidance of the process of using funds, and the standard and regular supervision of funds.

Participants said the training helped them to understand the new situation, new laws and regulations, new requirements of trade union audit of funds in a timely manner. They will continue to strictly comply with the law to manage and use trade union funds, prevent audit risks, and better serve the overall work of the trade unions.
