On January 28, the Beijing Federation of Trade Unions of Foreign-funded Enterprises held an online training on the general election work of trade unions of foreign-funded enterprises through Tencent Classroom, which hopes to effectively perform the trade union general election of foreign-funded Enterprises by enhancing their construction and improving their manager operational capacity.  More than 200 people, including the chairmen, members and full-time directors of trade unions of foreign-funded enterprises, attended the training.

In the training, Zhang Li, Professor of Beijing Federation of Trade Unions Cadre College, combined with specific cases to elaborate the importance, basic process, key points, matters for attention and relevant policies of the trade union general election.  Her in-depth and practical lectures were well received by the participants.  Through this training, participants have a clearer understanding of the general election work as well as the standard construction of trade unions of foreign-funded enterprises. They expressed that they should further strengthen the construction and play the role of grass-roots trade unions by solidly promoting the general election of trade unions at foreign-funded enterprises.
