On January 13, 2021, Zhou Xu, Secretary of the Party Committee and Director of Beijing Investment Promotion Service Center (BIPSC), attended and addressed the online membership meeting of the Beijing Association of Enterprises with Foreign Investment (BAEFI).

During the meeting, Director Zhou Xu spoke highly of the change of member meeting from offline to online under the situation of pandemic. He recognized BAEFI's achievements and the leadership of President Yang Xiaoping in 2020. He affirmed that BIPSC will continue to hold the service concept of solving the problems for the BAEFI's member enterprises and foreign-funded enterprises in Beijing.  At the same time, Director Zhou Xu introduced to BAEFI's member enterprises the policies of Beijing in building a national comprehensive demonstration zone for expanding opening-up in the service sector and a pilot free trade zone. It is showed that Beijing has firm confidence and determination to continuously expand and open up to the outside world and achieve high-quality economic development.

Zhou Xu said that in 2021, BIPSC will fully coordinate the investment promotion work in Beijing and assume the function of the investment promotion coordination office for the leading group of the "two-zone" projects. BIPSC sincerely welcomes members of BAEFI and foreign-funded enterprises to expand their investment in Beijing.
