In a bid to better inform enterprises in Beijing of the characteristics of the International Business Service Area of China (Beijing) Pilot Free Trade Zone, such as its industrial base, geographical advantage, development space, and industrial policy, and meanwhile introduce and advertise the business environment and pillar industries of Shunyi District, Beijing Investment Promotion Service Center and Shunyi District People's Government of Beijing Municipality co-sponsored the "Visit to Shunyi District" of Enterprises in Beijing on November 25, 2020. The event that highlighted such industries as aviation, automobile, and finance attracted 20 representatives from institutions and enterprises including the China Aviation Industries Technology Equipment Engineering Association (CATEA), International Ecological Economy Promotion Association (IEEPA), the Gansu Chamber of Commerce in Beijing, Volkswagen Group, and Boxin Capital to attend.

Yang Fenghui, vice chairman of the Beijing Shunyi Municipal Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference and director of the Investment Promotion Service Center of Shunyi District gave a detailed introduction to the industry orientation and policy superiority of Shunyi District and promoted relevant major fields in need of investment invitation from the perspectives like the industrial base, eco-environment, and business climate. Furthermore, Vice Chairman Yang, along with relevant leaders from the Shunyi District Bureau of Economy and Information Technology and Zhongguancun Shunyi Science Park, dispelled entrepreneurs' doubts about the specific policies and working processes of the investment, registration, land utilization approval, scenario application, settlement of talented personnel, and preferential tariffs on the site.

Entrepreneurs also made field visits to the two leading enterprises in Shunyi District, namely ASI and Li Auto, and listened to the introductions of the enterprises by respective personnel in charge. Participants indicated that the Shunyi District enjoys a few new advantages: it is adjacent to the "gateway to China" — Beijing Capital International Airport, which is the superiority in location; it is granted preferential policies as it is where China (Beijing) Pilot Free Trade Zone and the Comprehensive Pilot Demonstration Zone for the Further Opening-up of the Service Industry in Beijing are located. Therefore, these advantages have contributed to the rapid development of Shunyi District and further enhanced their confidence in investing and prospering the businesses here.
