On November 19, 2020, Zhou Xu, Director of Beijing Investment Promotion Service Center (BIPSC), met with Chairman Wang Jie and his party from Chuangfu Medical Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. (Chuangfu for short) under Sinopharm Group. The two sides held a symposium on Chuangfu's plan to build a northern headquarters in Beijing. Officials from Medical Administration Department and Emergency Management Office of Beijing Municipal Health Commission and Business Liaison Office of BIPSC attended the symposium.

Zhou Xu introduced Beijing's efforts to improve its business environment and enterprise service housekeeper and emphasized BIPSC's determination to provide better enterprise services in accordance with the city's leaders' instructions. He also expressed support for the strategic plan of Chuangfu's development in Beijing and gave his guidance and suggestions on the concrete implementation program.

Officials from Medical Administration Department and Emergency Management Office of Beijing Municipal Health Commission gave their explanations on Beijing's policies on medical treatment and epidemic prevention and answered some questions about those policies raised by Chuangfu.

Wang Jie thanked Zhou Xu for leading a team to visit Chuangfu during the China International Import Expo to promote Beijing's business environment and encourage Chuangfu to invest in Beijing. He cited that this visit was to implement the results achieved in the previous negotiations, have a deeper understanding of Beijing's relevant policies and to detail its strategic plan for the development in Beijing. Chuangfu will keep close contact with relevant departments of Beijing to speed up its efforts to implement major projects in Beijing.
