From July 15^th to 20^th, Beijing investment promotion system summarized the work in the first half of 2020 through document exchange and put forward clear requirements for the work in the second half of the year. Zhou Xu, acting as the party secretary and director of Beijing Investment Promotion Service Center, made a work report and a summary speech on behalf of the leadership. All the offices and direct subordinates of the Center and the investment promotion agencies in 16 districts of Beijing and Beijing Economic and Technological Development Zone had a discussion on the content of Zhou’s speech in combination with their own work. Thereinto, the investment promotion agencies in 16 districts of Beijing and Beijing Economic and Technological Development Zone also exchanged materials on their work in the first half of the year.

In the discussion, all the aforementioned institutions said that they would further improve their work positions and have a deep understanding of the changes in the work positioning of the investment promotion system of the city arising from the changes in the work situation, and would seize the window period for the continuous improvement of the domestic epidemic situation according to the spirit of speech and take “Benchmarking the international to build first-class investment promotion agencies and the citywide investment promotion system” as the object to further implement the two-wheel drive working policy of promoting high-quality projects and high-standard service enterprises, vigorously promote high-quality projects, deepen the service of enterprises, coordinate the citywide investment promotion system, strengthen the network construction of the investors, and comprehensively consolidate the party building and any internal construction, and make efforts to promote the investment promotion of the capital in the new era to take the lead in the country.
