Zhou Xu, acting as the director of Beijing Investment Promotion Service Center, attended the economic development promotion conference of Shijingshan District on June 8, 2020, and delivered a speech. The leaders from the Committee, People’s Congress, Government and Political Consultative Conference of Shijingshan District as well as leaders of relevant municipal departments and representatives of key enterprises in Shijingshan District were present at the meeting. At the meeting, Chang Wei, the Secretary of Shijingshan District Committee made a speech, and Tian Liyue, the Deputy Secretary introduced the regional economic development. This meeting was presided over by Li Xin, the deputy secretary of the district committee and the district governor.

At the meeting, Zhou congratulated the successful convening of the conference and introduced the economic development and investment promotion work in Beijing at four aspects, including building a national science and technology innovation center, accelerating the opening of new advantages, vigorously reforming and optimizing the business environment, and continuously strengthening the service management of enterprises, which focused on two specific measures and service objectives of equipping enterprises with city-level service butlers and adding 12345 enterprise service functions. He also said that they will continue to do well in enterprise service to facilitate the development of enterprises in Beijing.
