1.Resolutely implement the spirit of the Municipal Government's special meeting on stabilizing foreign investment and foreign trade,creatively do a good job in the service work for foreign-funded enterprises,investigate the current investment projects of foreign-funded enterprises in Beijing in the near future through the foreign business associations in Beijing,and pull out the list of potential target enterprises one by one around the key industries and industrial chains of Beijing.2.Accelerate the transformation of work functions and the shift of work focus,adhere to the"two wheel drive"work policy of project promotion and enterprise service,and resolutely do a good job in project promotion and enterprise service in accordance with the work framework and key work promoted by the Municipal Party Committee and the Municipal Government.3.Further improve the professionalism and overall planning of the work,strengthen the connection with the Municipal Commission of Development&Reform,the Municipal Financial Supervision and Administration,the Municipal Bureau of Economy and Information Technology,the Municipal Commerce Bureau,the Municipal Government Service Bureau and the Management Committee of the Party Working Committee of Beijing Municipal Sub-center,and make overall plannings for the project promotion and enterprise service.4.Fully mobilize the enthusiasm of the investment promotion institutions at both the municipal and district levels,further form the collaborative efforts of the project promotion work,and make efforts to promote the key projects at both levels.5.Focus the promotion of the city leaders to visit the enterprise projects and the the projects identified by the Municipal Investment Promotion Center from key enterprises,municipal-level coordinated projects of the"high-grade,precision and advanced"industries and expansion and opening up the service sector,district-level priority projects linked through district-level business service stewards,key projects provided from high-end intermediaries.6.Further strengthen project work assessment and optimize project work indicators,and highlight the assessment of the completion of key projects at the municipal level,the work of individual projects assigned by the Municipal Party Committee and the Municipal Government.

In the first quarter,the Municipal Investment Promotion Center has promoted 80 registered projects.Among them,29 registered projects are foreign investment projects,and the contracted foreign investment is$500 million.
