Since the outbreak of the COVID-19 epidemic, the Party organizations at all levels and the Party members of the Municipal Investment Promotion Center have actively implemented the decision-making and deployment of the Central Committee and the work requirements of the Municipal Party Committee, reached a common understanding and strengthened prevention and control, giving full play to the role of Party organizations and Party members as battleforts and vanguard models in epidemic prevention and control. At present, the epidemic prevention and control work has entered a critical stage. General Secretary Xi Jinping put forward important instructions in investigating and controlling the epidemic situation in Beijing. In order to resolutely implement the spirit of the General Secretary's instructions and implement the requirements of the Municipal Party Committee in grasping the epidemic prevention and control as well as the work resumption of enterprises, the Central Party Group put forward clear requirements to the Party organizations at all levels on further strengthening the prevention and control of the epidemic situation .

First, we should improve our political position and enhance our sense of responsibility and mission. "Epidemic situation is an order, prevention and control is a responsibility". All grass-roots Party organizations and the majority of Party members should effectively improve their political positions, quickly integrate ideas and actions into the decision-making and deployment of the Party Central Committee and the work requirements of the Municipal Party Committee, and integrate them into the work arrangements of the Central Party group. We should fully understand the significance and urgency of epidemic prevention and control, carry forward the spirit of investment promotion, give full play to the political, organizational and mass work advantages of grass-roots Party organizations, unite and lead the masses, make every effort to do a good job in a scientific and effective way. We should also regard the epidemic prevention and control as an important examination hall to evaluate whether Party members are qualified or not, and resolutely carry out the original mission in fighting and winning the battle of epidemic prevention and control.

Second, we must strictly implement our responsibilities and take the initiative to take on our responsibilities. Leaders at all levels, cadres and the masses should closely integrate with the actual situation of their working positions, and play a leading role in epidemic prevention and control as well as the work resumption of enterprises. Leading cadres should remain at their working positions, take the lead in the working positions, command ahead, take the lead in business research and fulfill their duties. The Party members and the masses should conscientiously perform their duties, actively support the enterprises to return to work, maintain normal economic operation, and strive to coordinate and solve the difficulties and problems encountered in the process of work resumption.

Fourth, we should highlight the political functions and give full play to the "two roles" of Party organizations and Party members. Party organizations at all levels should give full play to the role of fighting force, pay attention to the discovery and activly propagandizing the advanced models that have the courage to take responsibility and make outstanding contributions in the epidemic prevention and control work, stimulate the enthusiasm of the majority of Party members and cadres who are devoted to their duties and selfless dedication. Party comrades should give full play to the role of vanguard and model, take the initiative, have courage to take on responsibilities, strive to be a model, and establish the good impression of Party members.

Fighting together against the epidemic, sharing together the responsibility! Winning the war against epidemic prevention and control is the most important and urgent political task at present.
