There are 90 foreign-funded(non-public)Party organizations affiliated to the Party committee of the Municipal Investment Promotion Service Center,including 1 grass-roots Party committee,5 general Party branches,84 Party branches,and 2225 Party members.Facing epidemic situation,The Party committee of the Municipal Investment Promotion Center has a strong organization and takes the initiative.The Party organizations and Party members of the affiliated foreign-funded(non-public)enterprises have a firm attitude.They act quickly,take effective measures and play an important role.They carry out the prevention and control work in various forms,stick to their positions with practical actions,and ensure enterprises in which the Party organizations and Party members of the foreign enterprises(non-public)affiliated to the center involved do not leave blank and no dead angle in epidemic prevention and control.

First,publicity is in place and guidance is strong.The Party committee of the organ leads the grass-roots party organizations and Party members of the affiliated foreign enterprises(non-public)to improve their positions,strengthen their confidence,conduct scientific prevention and control,actively participate in the prevention and control work,and contribute to the Party's sticking to the position of foreign enterprises and epidemic prevention and control.The Party committee of the organ calls on everyone to:take the lead in implementing the deployment requirements of the CPC Central Committee,the Municipal Party Committee,the Municipal Government and the superior on epidemic prevention and control;take the lead in complying with the work disciplines,fulfilling the responsibility of prevention and control,and implementing the prevention and control measures;take the lead in doing the ideological work of the people around us,timely publicize policies,provide epidemic prevention knowledge,and promote positive energy.The Party committee of the central organ also issued and forwarded relevant documents and prevention and control requirements for more than 1000 times through WeChat,email,telephone and other forms,and timely communicated the requirements of the central and Municipal Party Committee for a series of prevention and control spiritual measures to each affiliated Party organization and each Party member.

Second,the organization is strong and the Party members strive to be the first.The Party committee of the organ gives full play to the role of two teams of the"Party construction instructor"and"branch secretary".More than 2200 Party members of foreign enterprises are required to take the overall responsibility of hierarchical management to ensure that the thoughts and behaviors of the organization and personnel in the right way.Collect and sort out the advanced typical cases of units and individuals emerging in the epidemic prevention and control work,give publicity to them and praise them in the work group.At the request and initiative of the Party committee of the central organ,Party organizations and Party members at all levels and the enterprises they work in have taken action.Party organizations such as Bosch Rexroth,Siemens China,Zhengda Investment,Nestle(China)Co.,Ltd.,HSBC Bank,etc.have actively participated in the enterprise's raising of materials for epidemic prevention and control.The Party general branch of Yinda property organized employees to donate for Hubei epidemic prevention and control.

Third,the measures are effective.Give full play to the role of the two teams of"Party construction instructor"and"branch secretary"of foreign enterprises,and take the overall responsibility of hierarchical management to ensure that the thoughts and behaviors of the organization and personnel are not out of control during epidemic prevention and control.Two working groups consisted of foreign enterprise Party construction instructor and Party organization leader arrange the work of epidemic prevention and control,collect the situation,feedback the information,and interpret the policy spirit.They clarify their responsibilities and implement the zero daily report system for epidemic situation.Up to now,no confirmed or suspected cases have been reported by the Party members of the foreign enterprises affiliated to the center.

Fourth,take the initiative to serve the enterprise.Guide the Party organizations of foreign enterprises to strengthen the communication with their enterprises,encourage the grassroots Party organizations to play an active role in enterprise operation,assist enterprises to respond to the call of Government departments,collect the needs of enterprises,understand the situation of enterprises,take the initiative to introduce the work of epidemic prevention and control in Beijing,and eliminate the worries of enterprises.Party members of foreign enterprises take the lead in supporting enterprises to return to work and production,and promoting the production and operation of enterprises.According to incomplete statistics,at present,the operating rate of Party organizations and enterprises affiliated to the center is more than 90%,and the return rate of personnel is more than 70%.
