Epidemic situation is order,prevention and control is responsibility.The Municipal Investment Promotion Center conscientiously implemented the important speech and important directive spirit of general secretary Xi Jinping,and continuously strengthened the implementation of various measures on the work of novel coronavirus pneumonia prevention and control in accordance with the decision deployment made by the Party Central Committee,the State Council and the Municipal Party committee.

First,we established timely the leading group and working organization for epidemic prevention and control.Zhou Xu,the party secretary of the Central Committee,is appointed as the leader of the group.The members of the leading group and the heads of all departments started the emergency work on the first day of the New Year,and comprehensively arrange and dispatch the epidemic prevention and control work.We quickly conveyed the decision and work arrangements which were made by the leading group of the Municipal Party Committee,the Municipal Government and the leading group of novel coronavirus pneumonia prevention and control,and intensified the work supervision.Second,we held the leading group meeting of prevention and control work timely,conveyed and studied the relevant prevention and control work plans made by the Municipal Party Committee and the Municipal Government,studied and implemented measures,and compacted work responsibilities.We emphasized that all parties at all levels should strengthen their understanding of the current situation of epidemic prevention and control,strengthen unified leadership and command,conscientiously implement departmental responsibilities,unit responsibilities and individual prevention and control responsibilities,give full play to the role of the Battle Fortress of the grass roots Party Organizations and the exemplary and vanguard role of Party members and strictly implement all prevention and control requirements.Third,we quickly formulated the Measures of Beijing Investment Promotion Service Center on Novel Coronavirus Infection Pneumonia Prevention and Control Work,put forward specific requirements and arrangements in terms of raising awareness,organizational leadership,information reporting,personal protection and service enterprises,etc.We stressed that the leading group and working organization of prevention and control work should be responsible for their duties,strengthen overall planning and coordination,do well in organization and deployment,perform implementing measures,and form a guarantee system to ensure the implementation of epidemic prevention and control.In case of any problem,it should be followed up the responsibility according to law to ensure the effective prevention and control work.
