In order to help foreign-funded enterprises in Beijing and foreigners in China to understand the first batch of 12 items on immigration and exit facilitation measures of public security organs serving economic and social development, the masses and enterprises, on November 6, Beijing Investment Promotion Service Center, in conjunction with the Beijing Public Security Bureau Exit-Entry Administration Corps (City Exit-Entry Administration), jointly held a "briefing on the policy of facilitating foreigners' entry and exit".

At the meeting, Liu Jie, the general leader of the visa team, and two police officers, Xu Kejia and Xia Mingyang, gave lectures and interpretations on Beijing's efforts in introducing foreign talents in recent years, the exit and entry facilitation policy of national key development areas and the exit and entry policy of immigration and permanent residence policy of national key development areas respectively. They also answered the questions raised by the enterprises and foreigners in Beijing. Xu Zongjun, deputy director of the Municipal Investment Promotion Service Center, attended the publicity meeting. The interaction and exchange in the venue were active and achieved expected results. The participants said that the content of the policy presentation is rich, clear and specific, which has strong pertinence and guidance for enterprises to understand the policy and to fully understand the measures for the convenience of the people. They also affirmed the initiative of the relevant departments of our Center on sending the "Policy Package" to foreign-funded enterprises in Beijing, and hoped to continue to participate in such practical and efficient activities in the future.
