On October 31, 2019, director Zhou Xu met with Mei Song, director of the Municipal Cultural and Creative Industry Promotion Center and his delegation. The two sides discussed and exchanged views on strengthening the investment promotion of cultural industry and promoting the implementation of high-quality cultural and creative projects.

Director Zhou Xu briefly introduced the overall working pattern of "12345" of the Municipal Investment Promotion Center and the working policy of promoting high-quality projects and high-standard service enterprises "two wheel drive", and put forward suggestions on strengthening business cooperation with the Municipal Cultural and Creative Industry Promotion Center and establishing linkage working mechanism to jointly promote the implementation of high-quality culture and innovation projects. In combination with the key tasks of the investment and financing services, park identification and Beijing Cultural and Creative Competition carried out by the Municipal Cultural and Creative Industry Promotion Center, director Mei Song proposed specific work contents and measures to strengthen cooperation between the two sides.

Both sides agreed that the next step is to strengthen resource exchanging and information sharing, focus on promoting the landing of the headquarters of transnational cultural enterprises, and actively promote the settlement of high-quality cultural and creative projects in the industrial park.
