On November 1 and 2, 2019, the Beijing Federation of trade unions of foreign enterprises held the financial work training for trade unions of foreign enterprises. More than 150 trade union chairmen, committee members and financial staffs from 63 foreign-funded enterprises, including Siemens, Schneider, HSBC, ABB, Mars food, participated in the training.

Fan Shaohua, associated researcher of Beijing Trade Union Cadre College, gave a lecture on the Practice and Policy Interpretation of the Use and Management of Trade Union Funds, explained the rules and regulations of trade union funds management and the new policies and practices of the use of funds, and answered the frequently asked questions about the use of funds. Liang Xiping, engineer of Hangzhou Xinzhongda Software Co., Ltd., a technical support unit of the financial software of the Municipal Federation of trade unions, conducted on-site teaching on the unified using skills of the trade union financial software and the handling methods towards special problems. Zhang Jianjun, executive vice chairman of the Federation, stressed on the management and use of enterprise trade union funds: first, standardize the use of trade union funds in strict accordance with the requirements of the National Federation of Trade Unions, Beijing Federation of Trade Unions and the Federation; second, require the enterprise trade unions to establish and improve the financial work system, so as to ensure the use of trade union funds be based on rules; third, urge the trade unions to do a good job in budget adjustment this year, prepare the financial budget for 2020 scientifically and reasonably.

Participants in the training all expressed: the content of this special training is detailed and targeted, which is sure to promote the formal financial management of the trade union and the rational use of funds.
