On October 30, the business fair of American Chamber of Commerce in China, hosted by the Beijing Investment Promotion Service Center and the American Chamber of Commerce in China, was successfully held at the China World Hotel.

Xu Zongjun, deputy director of the Municipal Investment Promotion Center, presided over the meeting. Alan Beebe, president of the American Chamber of Commerce in China, attended the meeting and delivered a speech. Responsible comrades of the Municipal Health Committee, the Municipal Commission of Transport, the Municipal Emergency Management Bureau, the Municipal Medical Security Bureau and other units, as well as the representatives of 27 Sino-American Chamber of Commerce companies attended the meeting.

At the meeting, various departments responded to the suggestions and questions raised by representatives of US-funded enterprises on reforming and optimizing the business environment, expanding the opening of the service industry, urban governance, and the development of high-grade, precision and advanced industries. Deputy director Xu Zongjun suggested that enterprises make good and full use of measures such as the service of enterprises' housekeepers and the 12345 service hotlines to better invest in Beijing.

The event won a warm response from the participants. Everyone said that by participating in this symposium, they not only gained a deep understanding of Beijing's new measures to deepen reform and open wider to the outside world, but also strengthened their understanding and communication with the commissions, bureaus and offices, thereby increased their confidence in investment and development in Beijing. Alan Beebe, President of the American Chamber of Commerce in China, expressed his gratitude to Beijing Investment Promotion Service Center for organizing this fair. This year marks the 100th anniversary of the establishment of the American Chamber of Commerce in China. As the bridge and link of non-governmental business and trade between China and the United States, the American Chamber of Commerce in China is willing to play a more active role in the context of trade frictions between China and the United States, and hopes to continue to organize and participate in such flexible and efficient negotiation and exchange activities in the future.

Ren Baojian, deputy director of the Municipal Investment Promotion Service Center, also attended the meeting.
