On December 12, 2019, the Fifteenth Enlarged Meeting of the Fourth Committee of the Beijing Federation of Trade Unions of Foreign Enterprises and the Work Experience Exchange Meeting for Foreign Enterprises' Trade Unions were held in the conference room of the Beijing Workers' Service Center. The meeting was presided over by executive vice chairman Zhang Jianjun, and attended by more than 90 chairmen, Committee members and member representatives of the grassroots trade unions.

The meeting conveyed the important speech delivered by Li Yufu, secretary of the Party group of the All-China Federation of Trade Unions, at the General Assembly's study of the spiritual meeting of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 19th CPC Central Committee. Subsequently, more than 40 representatives, including Zhang Li, chairman of the trade union of Siemens (China) Group Co., Ltd., Li Ming, chairman of the trade union of Bosch Rexroth (Beijing) Hydraulic Co., Ltd., and Wang Yan, chairman of the trade union of HSBC Bank Beijing Branch Co., Ltd., exchanged work experiences.

Finally, executive vice chairman Zhang Jianjun affirmed the work of the trade unions of various enterprises in 2019, and required grassroots trade unions to fully understand the practical significance and far-reaching historical significance of the plenary session, conscientiously organize grassroots staff to study the spirit of the plenary, and strengthen political leadership; in combination with the actual situation, ask everyone to do a good job in the near future: First, based on the spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 19th CPC Central Committee, carefully study and plan for next year's work, do a good job in the 2020 budget and final accounts in 2019; Second, we need to do a good job in the statistical work of employees in need in 2019, and organize warm activities on New Year's day in 2020; Third, we should start relevant preparatory work such as evaluation and commendation; Fourth, we should do a good job in pre-holiday safety production education and safety protection. He urged everyone to conscientiously formulate a work plan for 2020, pay close attention to the implementation of the work, and work hard to create a new environment in the work of trade unions of foreign enterprises.
