Participants voted by secret ballot, and the multi-candidate was by-elected by Si Yang, chairman of the trade union of Wacoal (China) Fashion Co., Ltd., Xiao Hui, chairman of the trade union of ABB Power Grid Investment (China) Co., Ltd., and Shen Hangwei, director of the Beijing Investment Promotion Service Center Association as the members of the 4th Committee of the Beijing Federation of Foreign-funded Enterprises Trade Unions. Lin Ying, director of the trade union women workers Committee of Siemens (China) Co., Ltd., was by-elected through single-candidate election as a member of the 4th Women's Committee of the Federation.
