On May 21, 2019, the Beijing Federation of Trade Unions of Foreign-funded Enterprises held the Fourth Session of the Twelfth Committee (Expanded) Conference and the Membership Congress to learn and convey the spirit of the Fourteenth Congress of Beijing Trade Unions. The meeting also carried out by-election of members and chairmen of the 4th Committee of the Federation. Xu Zongjun, deputy director of the Beijing Investment Promotion Service Center, was elected by-election as member and chairman of the 4th Committee of the Federation.
