On the morning of July 2, Yu Yan, member of the Party group and deputy director of the Beijing Investment Promotion Service Center, went to the Management Committee of Daxing Biomedical Industry Base to conduct a visit and implement the research work on the theme of "not forgetting the initial heart and keeping in mind the mission".  

Comrade Yu Yan listened to the introduction of the Party secretary and director of the Daxing District Emerging Industry Promotion Service Center, Ma Yanzhu, about the development of bio-medicine, new media and airport economy in Daxing District, and listened to the secretary and director of the working committee of the Bio-pharmaceutical Industry Base Management Committee, comrade Tian Dexiang, on introducing the history and development status of the bio-pharmaceutical industry base, visited the Tongrentang and Zhongguancun Medical Device Park and other regional organizations. He stressed that it is necessary to summarize the successful design of the Daxing Biomedical Industrial Park to strengthen the top-level design and coordinate the core resources of the industry, focusing on adhering to the leadership of Party's construction, establishing a series of mechanisms such as industrial development guidance, service, innovation, construction management, etc., and to promote the high-quality and intensive development of the industrial park.  

The Daxing District Emerging Industry Promotion Service Center and the Bio-pharmaceutical Industry Base Management Committee made a proposal on the regional industrial development, hoping that the Municipal Investment Promotion Service Center could comprehensively sort out the industrial documents of each district, improve the relevant policies for leading municipal investment promotion work, and do a good job on overall coordination at the city level, avoiding the "homogeneity" of the industry, and realizing the joint efforts on attracting investment of the whole city; focusing on key industries such as medical health, new generation information technology and intelligent manufacturing, combining with the planning of Daxing International Airport's airport economic zone, giving full play to the advantages of platform channel resources, publicizing and promoting the investment environment and industrial policies of Daxing District, and organizing key enterprises and major projects to cooperate and make exchanges with Daxing District. In response to the above problems, comrade Yu Yan proposed that the Municipal Investment Promotion Center will strengthen the normalization relationship with Daxing District, and promote the Daxing International Airport and Biomedical Industry Base to domestic and foreign investors and entrepreneurs through organization visits and industry discussions, such as key regional resources, extensively introduce the industrial positioning of Daxing District 1+3, introduce a number of key projects consistent with the industrial positioning of Daxing District, and promote the high-quality development of the core industry in Daxing District.
