On May 29, at the China International Fair for Trade in Services "Beijing Investment Fair 2019 and Tianjin-Hebei Investment Promotion Conference (hereinafter referred to as Beijing Fair 2019)", the Beijing Investment Promotion Service Center, the Office of Cooperation and Exchange of the Tianjin Municipal People's Government and the Department of Commerce of Hebei Province jointly signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement, and established a "tripartite collaboration" working mechanism for capital attraction and cooperation in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei industrial chain. This indicates that the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei industry chain has further formed a synergy in attracting investment. The investment promotion agencies of the three cities will jointly explore the cooperation mode of attracting investment of the industry chain, promote the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei, construct a new pattern of regional coordinated opening, and promote the coordinated opening of the industries.  

The signing of this agreement opens a new chapter of investment attraction cooperation in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei industrial chain. The investment promotion agencies of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei held their first joint meeting after the signing of the agreement.
