On the afternoon of May 17, the Municipal Investment Promotion Service Center held an Investment Promotion Hall, inviting lawyer Wang Kaiding of Jindu Law Firm to make a special interpretation of the newly promulgated Foreign Investment Law of the People's Republic of China. In order to meet the training needs of the city's investment promotion system, representatives of investment promotion agencies from various districts (development zones) were invited to participate in the training.  

At the training meeting, Mr. Wang Kaiding, with the theme of "Entering the era of Foreign Investment Law, Changes and Challenges of Foreign Investment Legal Practice", interpreted the main contents of Foreign Investment Law, including "three laws are unified", "scope of foreign investment", foreign investment management system, investment promotion and protection, legal liability, etc. He also analyzed 17 changes and challenges brought about by the Foreign Investment Law in detail. This special training has strong pertinence and guidance for the city's investment promotion system to better understand, learn and use the law, for building a legal, international and convenient business environment and further improve the promotion and service of foreign investment.
