On the morning of May 14, Beijing Investment Promotion Service Center held a listing ceremony. Comrade Zhou Xu, Secretary and Director of the Central Party Group, attended and delivered a speech. Comrade Zhang Hua, member and deputy director of the Central Party Group, presided over the speech. Cadres at or above the level of the central leadership, organs and directly affiliated units participated.  

Comrade Zhou Xu pointed out that the renaming of Beijing Investment Promotion Bureau (Beijing Foreign Investment Service Center) as Beijing Investment Promotion Service Center (Beijing Foreign Investment Service Center) is an important decision made by the Municipal Party Committee and the Municipal Government to deepen the reform of government institutions and standardize and optimize the establishment of institutions. It is also the orientation of the Municipal Party Committee and the Municipal Government on the pattern of investment promotion in the city's economic work. It is also a full affirmation and trust of the achievements of the former Beijing Investment Promotion Bureau. Since the establishment of Beijing Foreign Investment Service Center in 1988 and the establishment of Beijing Investment Promotion Bureau in 2002, the investment promotion has made brilliant achievements and made important contributions to the development of the capital after generations of unremitting efforts of investment promoters. Especially in recent years, under the strong leadership of the Municipal Committee and the Municipal Government, the former Beijing Investment Promotion Bureau has always adhered to the leadership of the Party, comprehensively implemented the major decision-making arrangements of the Central Committee of the Party, the State Council, the Municipal Committee and the Municipal Government, firmly grasped the requirements of strengthening the functional construction of the "four centers" and completing the "four services" level, strived to build a city-wide synergistic investment promotion system, vigorously promoted Beijing's measures to optimize the business environment, actively promoted investment, industry, transformation of scientific and technological achievements and strengthened the construction of the "four in one" working pattern of enterprise services, all of which show a positive trend of development. It is hoped that all cadres and workers will bear in mind their duties and missions, strengthen their confidence, unite and work steadily; promote Capital Investment Promotion in the New Era with fuller spirits, more practical services and more professional business levels; and make new contributions to the high-quality development of the Capital's economy with new climate, new action and new achievements.
