In order to fully implement the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping’s visit to Beijing and his important speech at the Symposium on Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Cooperative Development, a working exchange meeting was held on April 22 in our bureau between our Bureau and Tianjin Municipal People's Government Cooperative Exchange Office in accordance with the relevant tasks of the Outline of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Cooperative Development Planning and the Comprehensive Pilot Work Programme for Promoting the Expansion and Opening of Beijing's Service Industry in an All-round Way. The conference conducted in-depth discussions and exchanges on promoting the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei and "exploring the cooperation mode of attracting foreign investment in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei industrial chain" . Zhou Xu, Secretary and Director of the Party Committee of the Bureau and Zhang Qingen, Secretary of the Party Group and Director of the Office of Cooperation and Exchange of the Tianjin Municipal People's Government attended the work meeting. The leaders Suhong, Ren Baojian and Wang Jun of the Bureau participated in the meeting and had work exchanges.  

Director Zhou Xu introduced the latest development plan of Beijing and the orientation of investment promotion work of our bureau. He proposed to carry out practical cooperation with Tianjin in promoting the coordinated development of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei. He also effectively communicated with Tianjin on the work of "exploring the cooperation mode of capital attraction in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei industrial chain". The two sides reached preliminary consensus on attracting foreign investment around key industries, optimizing regional distribution and establishing a sharing mechanism. Director Zhou Xu pointed out that in future cooperation, we should improve our political standing, establish a long-term working mechanism, set up a good working platform, carry out effective docking, pragmatically promote the project landing, and realize the dislocation development between Beijing and Tianjin. Director Zhang Qingen put forward suggestions on how to promote regional economic development together.  

At the meeting, our bureau also docked with the Office of Cooperation and Exchange of the Tianjin Municipal People's Government on the preparatory work programme of the "Beijing Investment Fair and Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Investment Promotion Fair 2019". The heads of the Foreign Investment Promotion Office and the Consulting Office participated in the work exchanges.
