From April 17 to 18, the Party Committee of Municipal Investment Promotion Bureau organized novel party affairs knowledge training. In accordance with the centralized training plan and by means of group demonstration on the spot, scene teaching activities were carried out on the contents of Party Congress of branch, Party lesson education of branch, election of branch replacement, life meeting of branch organization, democratic evaluation of Party members and reception of preparatory Party Congress by branch, etc. All Party branch secretaries of Bureau and representatives of Party members of each branch watched the teaching demonstration on the spot. Zhang Hua, deputy director and Secretary of the Party Committee of the Bureau, attended the situational teaching activities and made comments on-site.  

Comrade Zhang Hua fully affirmed this situational teaching activity. He pointed out that the on-site demonstration teaching in groups of all trainees not only innovated the way of learning and education, but also deepened everyone's understanding and memory of the important links of Party affairs. Through careful preparation and two-day live demonstration, the Party Committee and all the trainees fully demonstrated the key contents of the teaching and the trainees' good spiritual outlook, and achieved the desired results. Finally, Comrade Zhang Hua made suggestions on improving the details of teaching demonstration and strictly implementing the work of the branch.  

This centralized training of branch secretaries is an important means for the Party committees of our bureau to strengthen the standardization of branch construction and improve the quality of branch construction. It is also a concrete practice of implementing the Regulations on the Work of the Party Branches (Trial Implementation). This training emphasizes the combination of learning theory and practice, identifies the key tasks and weak links in the work of Party building in the branch and introduces situational teaching demonstration for the first time. This training does not do superficial and hypocritical work, do practical work, and focuses on solving the problems of non-standard working procedures and low standards of Party affairs in the branch, which effectively enhances the effectiveness and pertinence of Party members' education and training.
