In order to further study and implement the Regulations on the Work of the Party Branches (Trial Implementation) and further strengthen the standardization of the Party branches, the Beijing Investment Promotion Bureau held an Investment Promotion Hall on April 3. Yue Jianbin, Vice-Minister of the Organization Department of the Municipal Government Work Committee was invited to give a special lecture. The members of the leading group of the Bureau including Zhou Xu, secretary and director of the Party Committee, and all the members of the Bureau participated in the training.  

Under the theme of "earnestly studying and implementing the Regulations on the Work of the Party Branches (Trial Implementation) and comprehensively improving the quality of Party Branches in the new era", Vice Minister Yue Jianbin focused on the significance of formulating and promulgating the Regulations on the Work of the Party Branches, the main contents, some reflections on the implementation of the Regulations, as well as conscientiously performing his duties and duties, and being a good secretary of the Party Branches.  

This is the first lecture of the Investment Promotion Hall in 2019, and also the beginning of the special training course for Party branch secretaries of the Bureau. After the special lecture, Zhang Hua, deputy director, gave a mobilization report on the training course for Party Branch Secretaries on behalf of the leading group of the Bureau, and put forward specific requirements.  

Next, the Party committees of Bureau will closely focus on the implementation of the Regulations on the Work of Party Branches (Trial Implementation), strengthen the standardization of Party Branches, organize all Party Branch Secretaries and temporary leaders of Bureau organs to learn basic Party affairs knowledge, and effectively improve the performance ability and comprehensive quality of Party Branch Secretaries through situational teaching and practical exercises.
