In order to further study Xi Jinping's theory of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era and the spirit of the Nineteenth National Congress of the CPC, and actively promote the normalization and institutionalization of "two learn and one be" (Learn Party Constitutions and Regulations, Learn Series of Speeches and Be Qualified Party Members)learning and education, more than 40 Party members including the head of Party organizations, the backbone of Party members and the instructor of Party building in foreign-funded (non-public) enterprises affiliated to the Party Committee of Beijing Investment Promotion Bureau went to Gutian (Fujian), Ruijin (Jiangxi) and other places from March 26 to 30 to carry out revolutionary traditional education activities of " remain true to our original aspiration and keep our mission firmly in mind" according to the annual work plan.  

This learning activity is not only a training to carry forward the spirit of the Soviet Area and inherit the good work-style of the cadres in the Soviet Area, but also an education of Party spirit, Party conduct and discipline. It is not only an education of revolutionary tradition and patriotism, but also a train for the Party construction workers to trace the origin. The trainees went into the red history, traced the footprints of the revolutionary forefathers, and felt the great Soviet spirit. The training courses were arranged in old site of Gutian Conference which was the birthplace of "Ideological Party Building and Political Army Building", Ruijin which was "Red Capital", "Cradle of the Republic" and Xingguo which was "Model County of Soviet Area", respectively to carry out on-the-spot learning and training. In the training courses, special subject teaching of "Central Soviet Area and Soviet Area Spirit" and on-the-spot teaching of "Watching for Life", "Eight Sons Joining the Army" and "Past Events of Red Well" were carried out in the old sites of Gutian Conference, Yeping (the cradle of the Republic), Red Well Revolution, Xingguo Martyr Memorial Hall, and Memorial Hall of Good Style of Cadres in Soviet Area, respectively. All Party members laid flower baskets to the revolutionary martyrs. At the end of each on-site teaching, the trainees were organized to discuss in groups and share their learning experience in a timely manner. The trainees expressed that they would apply what they learned and gained from the training to their future work, and turn it into conscious action in Party building work in the future.  

He Wei, Director of the Office of the Party Committee of the Municipal Investment Promotion Bureau, delivered the opening and closing speech on behalf of the Party Committee of the Bureau. He stressed that we should comprehensively understand the great significance of the spirit of the Soviet Area, deeply grasp the characteristics of the spirit of the Soviet Area, further understand Xi Jinping's theory of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era and the spirit of the Nineteenth National Congress of the CPC; we should learn to think, practice and apply what we have learned in the process of inheriting the red gene, and constantly improve the cultivation of Party spirit; We should turn the spirit of the Soviet Area into a reference for practical action, constantly improve the ability and quality, and promote the Party building work of foreign-funded (non-public) enterprises to a higher level.
