On March 28,2019,Director Zhou Xu met with the Director of the Beijing Office of the HKSAR Government,Liang Zhiren,and his delegation.The two sides held talks and exchanges on deepening close communication and liaison and jointly promoting pragmatic cooperation between Beijing and Hong Kong.  

Director Zhou Xu welcomed Director Liang Zhiren's visit.He said that the two sides should earnestly implement the spirit of the fourth meeting of the Beijing-Hong Kong Cooperation Conference and take the Beijing-Hong Kong Fair as a platform to promote all-round cooperation between Beijing and Hong Kong;firmly seize the opportunity of Beijing to comprehensively promote a new round of service industry opening up and comprehensive pilot projects to promote the investment and development of Hong Kong professional service enterprises in Beijing;give full play to Hong Kong's professional service advantages and promote enterprises in both places to"Share Boats and Ship to Sea",jointly develop the"Belt and Road"market.  

Deputy inspector Zhang Tong and the head of the Major Events Department accompanied the meeting.
